A fantastic evening of great music from the House Band- James Steele (Baritone Sax), Colin Henderson (Baritone and Alto Sax and Flute), Jon Hall (Keyboard), David Swann(Bass Guitar) and Nigel Mackenzie (Drums).
The Band played a set packed with rich tunes and jazz standards which gave James and Colin plenty of scope to show what superb sound double baritones are capable of. Gerry Mulligan and Horace Silver had plenty of exposure.
There was a real vibe in the music tonight so a big thank you from an appreciative audience.
